General operator (DANVILLE)
INDUSTRIES 3R INC. is looking for a new employee to fill the position of General Operator for a job in a factory, under the responsibility of the foreman. The selected candidate will have to perform several different tasks. The tasks relating to the manufacture of our high temperature resistant products include the transformation of the raw material by various manual operations such as: tracing, cutting, assembly, bending, sanding, drilling, finishing and inspection.
The candidate will have to use a table saw. He or she will be required to operate various machines across all departments of the plant in order to manufacture different products such as: gaskets, expansion joints, refractories, castings, lift table casing and machined products. The employee will also be called upon to lift heavy loads occasionally.
Industries 3R is looking for a manual, versatile, creative, autonomous and resourceful employee.
Qualifications
- Secondary - General Course (Diploma) - not completed;
- Owning a factory experience;
- Be resourceful (e), manual, resourceful, versatile, creative and alert.
Years of experience related to the job offer: 1-6 months.
Languages asked for: French (written and spoken)
Salary offered: to be discussed
Number of hours per week: 40 hours
Job status: permanent, full time, mainly during the day, occasionally in the evening. Clean working environment and warm atmosphere.
